Here is a video of an antioxidant smoothie from Youtube. Just something a little different from our normal text recipes. This smoothie has a really nice color and I’m sure its delicious as well. The ladies have added a whole bunch of protein powder to the recipe but it doesn’t seem to be a critical part. On the other hand, it won’t hurt either.
