For a quick morning breakfast or pick-me-up full snack of fiber and Vitamin C, try this Apple smoothie with Pears. Great taste and easy to make.mix fresh Apples and Pears for a delicious wake up call!

– 1 apple sliced and seeded
– 1 ripe pear cut in pieces
– 1 cups of soy milk (or 2%)
– ½ cup of ice
– Touch of honey
– ¼ cinnamon
Put apple and pear chunks in the blender, adding honey and cinnamon.  Then add soymilk and ice, blending a couple of minutes, until smooth.  Add some more milk-or ice cubes if the smoothie is too thick.  And for those of you who love bananas, this is the perfect smoothie to add a banana if you like!
