Bananas, rich in potassium are the perfect ingredient in so many smoothies. Next time try this banana mango smoothie with a bit of spinach to make things even more interesting.
- 2 cups or large handfuls of baby spinach
- 2 bananas peeled and sliced
- 1 mango peeled, cored and sliced
- 1 cup of cold V8 Splash Light Peach-Mango juice
- 1 teaspoon of Chia seed
Mix in your smoothie blender until smooth. You can substitute frozen fruits for fresh fruits which might make the smoothie a little thinner consistency. If that is the case, just add a little more spinach.
