– 1 1/2 cups black Tea-use a brand with a robust taste to stand up to the rest of the ingredients.
– 1/2 Cup milk- soy, almond, coconut- your choice
– 1 banana, peeled and sliced
– 1 tsp. Cinnamon
– 1 tbsp. Chia seed
– 1 tbsp. Honey
– 1/2 Cup Plain or Vanilla Yogurt. (non-fat if you choose)
Brew the tea first, mix with the milk and let cool. Then everything goes into your blender and gets mixed to the consistency you prefer.
