blueberry and orange smoothie

Healthy smoothies are so very delicious ! This “Blueberry and Orange smoothie” recipe is an easy smoothie mix to add to your collection of healthy snack recipes.  Enjoy it after exercise, or just add to your recipes as a good source of fruit nutrition.

In your favorite smoothie blender mix:

-1 cup of frozen blueberries
-1 large navel orange, without skin
-1 cup of cold orange juice
-1 Tablespoon of honey
-1 Tbsp. Chia seed

Everything goes into the blender at the same time and mixed until you get the consistency you like best. Presto! A Blueberry and Orange smoothie! It can’t get any easier than this.
