Blueberry Granola Smoothie
We all know blueberries as being a very tasty and nutritious fruit. Rich in vitamin K and C, manganese, fiber and anti-oxidants they deserves their popularity.
Granola is a delightful mix of honey, nuts and rolled oats that has been baked.
Mixed together, they create a Blueberry Granola smoothie, really good breakfast to start the day.
In your favorite blender mix:
- half cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup granola (gluten free is a good choice)
- 1 1/2 cup milk (try almond milk!)
- 1 tbsp. vanilla flavor protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. Chia seed
