Why do I call this a Blueberry Power Smoothie? Well for two reasons, one having to do with the ingredients and the other having to do with how google sees the world.
As for the ingredients, it is pretty straightforward: the recipe includes blueberries.
As for Google, the powers that be don’t like to see a number of pages with the same title (like “blueberry smoothie”). When pages have the same title, Google doesn’t know which to show you when you enter the phrase in your search bar. So, to prevent Google from being confused, this post has a unique title all its own.
Enough of this, on to the recipe!
In your favorite blender mix:
- 1 full cup blueberries
- 2 cups strawberries (TIP, strawberries will blend easier if you cut them in half first)
- 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced (TIP #2: Peel and slice BEFORE FREEZING)
- 1 Cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- Quarter cup lemonade concentrate
- Ice to taste
This recipe made enough to fill two 16 ounce containers with some left over. If you are enjoying this by yourself, cut the recipe accordingly.
