The best detox programs are those that use natural ingredients instead of some chemical recipe. This smoothie recipe is a natural detox that will start the day right. Mix in your blender:

1/2 cup of pineapple (fresh, canned or frozen)
2 peaches (or apricot) seeded and cut in chunks
1 cup strawberries (about 10)
1 banana
1 tsp Chia seed
1 to 1 1/2 cups of ice cubes

Blend the ingredients until smooth. The mixture might need more ice if too thick. If you use frozen or canned fruits, you often don’t need to add as much ice.

Pour into chilled glasses and serve! Then, make a smoothie every day to promote healthy detox.
