Today we offer a cantaloupe grape smoothie recipe that is really refreshing and, I think, a perfect spring or summer treat. The combination of fruits mixes particularly well and renders a pretty unique taste experience. This recipe is also a snap to make so it won’t take a lot of time or ingredients.
In your favorite smoothie blender mix:
1/2 medium cantaloupe, seeded and de-skinned
1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced (TIP: Peel and slice BEFORE FREEZING!)
1 cup seedless grapes (Your choice of green or red)
1 cup soy milk
Put everything into your blender at the same time and blend until you get the consistency you like best.
