Every now and then a recipe comes up that is so “right” it doesn’t need a lot of explanation. So it is with this Cantaloupe Pineapple fruit smoothie. Make a point to try this out as soon as you can, its that good.

In your smoothie blender mix:

1 1/2 cups sliced Cantaloupe.
1 1/2 cups sliced Pineapple.
1/2 cup Carrot juice.
1/2 cup Orange juice.
Healthy pinch of nutmeg.
Ice to taste
