caramel smoothie

This Caramel Smoothie recipe is pure comfort food. Enjoy this treat when you are taking a break from the usual dieting and calorie counting. Even though its not calorie conscious, it is till pretty healthy with Greek Yogurt, Chia seed, and honey.

After all, cheating is always allowed; but only every now and then!

In your favorite blender mix:
1 cup milk
1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced (TIP: Peel and Slice BEFORE FREEZING!)
1 1/2 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
3 Tbsp. honey
1/2 cup caramel topping
1 tsp. Chia seed
Ice to taste
