In your favorite blender mix:
- 1 3/4 cups fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, whatever you like!)
- 1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1 cup cold apple juice
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. Chia seed
- Ice to taste
