OK, I will admit that right up front that this really isn’t a “green peach smoothie” recipe at all. I just thought it up because the ingredients call for both peaches and some spinach leaves. And since to be considered “green” a recipe really needs something green and leafy, this title is technically correct!
All kidding aside this recipe is a winning tasty combination of fruits and veggies. I definitely recommend it be placed on your “try soon” list.
In your favorite blender mix:
- 1 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced (TIP: Peel and slice your banana BEFORE FREEZING)
- 1 cup peaches, cut in chunks (fresh if possible, frozen if not)
- 1 cup baby spinach
Put all ingredients in the blender at once and mix until smooth.
