green peach smoothie

OK, I will admit that right up front that this really isn’t a “green peach smoothie” recipe at all. I just thought it up because the ingredients call for both peaches and some spinach leaves. And since to be considered “green” a recipe really needs something green and leafy, this title is technically correct!

All kidding aside this recipe is a winning tasty combination of fruits and veggies. I definitely recommend it be placed on your “try soon” list.

In your favorite blender mix:

  • 1 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced (TIP: Peel and slice your banana BEFORE FREEZING)
  • 1 cup peaches, cut in chunks (fresh if possible, frozen if not)
  • 1 cup baby spinach

Put all ingredients in the blender at once and mix until smooth.

Mornings are chaotic enough without a complicated breakfast meal plan. Easy breakfast recipes are much more appreciated during the morning rush. This smoothie recipe qualifies as a very easy breakfast recipes.

Everyone loves a fresh glass of OJ for breakfast-but sometimes it is not enough to keep you full until lunch. But if you combine oranges, peaches and yogurt, you can not only get your morning “OJ squeeze” you will be satisfied until lunch! All ages can make this one!

In your favorite blender mix:

-1 orange peeled and cut in chunks
-1 large peach, seeded and cut in chunks or you can used canned too
-1 cup of orange yogurt
-1/4-1/2 cup of cold orange juice

Start by adding 1/4 cup of cold orange juice and add a little more at a time until your smoothie is at its favorite consistency. The ripeness of the fruit will determine how much you use–and in this case, if you use any canned peaches, you might not need very much.

Should you be restricted to a moderate liquid diet, there are a a lot of smoothies that fit into a list of liquid diet recipes. This Banana/Peach?Strawberry recipe is a great example; three delicious fruits blended together into a liquid that can be as firm. or as loose as you need.

Its also easy to turn this liquid deit smoothie treat into a nutrition powerhouse just by adding a tablespoon of Chia seed. Chia is a natural seed that adds a large measure of nutrition including heart healthy, cholesterol fighting omega 3 fatty acids and antioxidants. Even better, unlike Flax, Chia doesn’t have a noticeable taste of its own so adding it here won’t change the delicious results.

In your favorite blender mix:

1 medium sliced banana
1 cup of peaches
1 cup of strawberries
1 cup of low fat yogurt…..you choose your favorite flavor
1 Tablespoon Chia seed

If you need to make it a little looser you can add some ice or even a splash of your favorite juice.

A healthy eating tips for a great smoothie If you would like a smoothie that doesn’t take a lot of time yet is still healthy and tasty, this is for you! Just two ingredients come together to create a really tasty peach smoothie.

Peaches are a popular fruit in many dishes from desserts to salads. Me, I like them sliced on cereal in the morning and, of course, in a smoothie.

This is a pure peach smoothie with just two ingredients. It is equally good either using frozen peach slices of, if you have the time, freshly sliced peaches.

Its also easy to turn this peach smoothie treat into a nutrition powerhouse just by adding a tablespoon of Chia seed.

  • 1 cup of frozen peach slices
  • 1 carton of low-fat peach yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp.Chia seed
