Easy to make Celery and Fruit Smoothie:
For the umteenth time I’ll point out that the absolute best thing about having smoothies in your life is the ability to combine ingredients in ways you probably haven’t thought of.
This interesting mix of celery and fruit is not only really tasty it creates a really healthy smoothie that will benefit everyone in the family.
Note that this recipe is for FOUR servings so adjust accordingly.
The ingredients for four servings are:
- 6 chopped celery sticks
- 2 cups of apple juice
- 12 strawberries
- 2 cups of strawberry flavored yogurt
- 1 tbsp Chia seed
Mix the chopped celery with apple juice first and then add the strawberries and yogurt. Blend all the ingredients together.
