Cherry Smoothie

Cherries are a good source of Vitamins A and C and potassium  and when you add a scoop of protein, chia or wheat germ they are the perfect ingredient for a refreshing and healthy cherry smoothie to drink after a morning workout!  Tomorrow, try this easy to make and really delicious Cherry Smoothie Recipe.

In your favorite blender mix:

  • 1 cup of fresh cherries (or frozen if you prefer)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (Ex: soy)
  • 1 tsp Chia seed
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp  of honey

Everything goes into the blender at the same time and is churned until the mix reaches the consistency that you like best.
