In your favorite blender mix:
- 1 cup of fresh cherries (or frozen if you prefer)
- 1 scoop protein powder (Ex: soy)
- 1 tsp Chia seed
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp of honey
Everything goes into the blender at the same time and is churned until the mix reaches the consistency that you like best.
