Coconut milk smoothie Recipe:
It is pretty obvious that coconut milk comes from coconuts and its robust taste comes from a very high oil content. This oil is very high in saturated fat which is why the FDA, among many other health organizations, caution against drinking coconut milk in “significant quantities”. Not to worry though, this recipe uses just a cup and produces a coconut milk smoothie to die for, especially if you are a coconut fan!.
Easy to make with just three ingredients.

- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 frozen bananas (peel and slice BEFORE you freeze)
- 1 Tbsp. Chia seed (Optional)
