Coconut Milk Smoothie
What we call “coconut milk” is really the fluid (more like water than milk) that comes from the meat inside of a coconut. It has such a full, rich taste because of the very high oil content of the fruit itself.
Here is a fun and easy smoothie recipe using coconut milk we found at Real Simple.com
10 oz. frozen blueberries or other fruit
2 bananas, peeled and sliced (TIP: If you freeze your bananas, peel and slice them BEFORE FREEZING!)
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
2 tbsp. honey
