Now that spring has arrived almost everywhere, its time to start icing the coffee. Here is a coffee mocha smoothie that is lite on calories and big on taste. This Coffee Mocha Smoothie recipe will serve four, enough for you and your friends.
In your favorite blender mix:
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 cup frozen lite Whipped Topping
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) chocolate flavored pudding mix (sugar and fat free)
- 1 Tbsp. Instant Coffee
- 1 Tbsp.Chia Seed
- Ice to taste
TIP: If you don’t feel like chocolate, ditch the chocolate pudding for a low fat, low sugar vanilla pudding instead. You can also make the recipe a little bit fancier by adding a sliced banana to the mix.
