Cranberry Apple Smoothie
I don’t much can top ice old Cranberry juice as a treat both for my health and just as a really tasty drink. Mixed with apple juice, not only do you get a rich drink of vitamins and antioxidants, but a tasty mid-morning snack too.
Mix up this really very tasty smoothie mix and see if you don’t agree with me.
In your favorite blender mix:
-1 cup of cold Cranberry Apple juice
-1 cup of frozen berries
-1 cup of low-fat strawberry yogurt
-1 teaspoon of Chia seed
-1 Tsbp. Chia seed
