Cucumber Veggie Smoothie:
Healthy lunches don’t have to be bland or unsatisfying. If you are counting calories to lose weight, or just looking for a meal source that is filling, tasty and full of vitamins, minerals and omega 3s, this cucumber veggie smoothie is definitely you want to try!
In your smoothie blender mix:
-1 cup of plain Yogurt
-1 Cucumber-split and spoon out seeds and then cut in chunks
-1 large Tomato cut in chunks
-1 stalk of Celery, cut into chunks
-1 tbsp finely chopped Onion-you can even use frozen chopped onions
-1 tbsp. Chia seed for much needed Omega 3s!
The only downside to this cucumber veggie smoothie is that an under powered blender might have some trouble with the celery. If that’s the case, chop the celery into very small sections.
