Why do we call this the Easiest Mango Smoothie? Because it is!
As you already know, I am a big fan of smoothies. I make them a lot and drink them a lot too. Yet sometimes, I really like a simple, easy recipe without a lot of different ingredients to fool with. These easy recipes also usually take less time to concoct so I get to enjoy the results even faster.
That’s the idea behind this easy mango smoothie. The recipe has been around a long while with slightly different ingredients so you may well have seen something similar along the way. That’s OK because virtually all smoothie recipes are great; each in their own unique way.
This is our take and we hope you enjoy:
In your favorite blender mix:
- 1 Full cup, sliced mango (if you freeze after slicing, you’ll enjoy a colder smoothie)
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or, plain if you aren’t a vanilla fan)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (if you ARE a vanilla fan, you could use the vanilla flavored almond milk as well)
And that’s it! Just three ingredients that when mixed together render a wonderfully tasty treat.
