Everyone loves a fresh glass of OJ for breakfast-but sometimes it is not enough to keep you full until lunch. But if you combine oranges, peaches and yogurt, you can not only get your morning “OJ squeeze” you will be satisfied until lunch! All ages can make this one!
In your favorite blender mix:
-1 orange peeled and cut in chunks
-1 large peach, seeded and cut in chunks or you can used canned too
-1 cup of orange yogurt
-1/4-1/2 cup of cold orange juice
Start by adding 1/4 cup of cold orange juice and add a little more at a time until your smoothie is at its favorite consistency. The ripeness of the fruit will determine how much you use–and in this case, if you use any canned peaches, you might not need very much.
