– 1 cup of cold cranberry juice
– 1 cup apple juice
– ¾ cup mixed berries (frozen will make a colder smoothie)
– ¼ cup low fat strawberry yogurt
– 1 Tbsp. Chia seed
Add the juices and the yogurt to your favorite blender, then add the berries. Blend until smooth.
