This is an aptly named five fruit smoothie because it uses five different fruits to create a fruit lover’s delight.
This recipe takes a bit of work if only because there are so many different ingredients but, in the end, the little bit of extra effort in it’s creation is well worth it.
Note that this recipe will make a generous amount, more than enough for two so adjust accordingly if it is just for you.
In your favorite blender mix:
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1/2 cup fresh Orange juice
- 1/2 cup diced watermelon (without the seeds!)
- 1/2 cup diced mango
- 1/2 cup diced honeydew melon
- Sweetener to taste (sugar, stevia, equal etc.)
- Ice to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Chia seed
