Creating a Tasty Fruit and Veggie Mix Smoothie
Hold on because this fruit and veggie mix smoothie is something more of a mash up than usual.
Basically we took some baby spinach and shoved it into a berry banana smoothie with pomegranate juice.
While that might sound really terrible, actually the results are pretty darn tasty. I guess you will just have to give this one a try yourself
In your favorite blender mix:
2 cups of chopped baby spinach
1 cup of pomegranate juice
1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced (Tip: Peel and slice the banana BEFORE YOU FREEZE IT!)
1 cup of frozen raspberries (or almost any other berry should work well too)
1 tbsp. Chia seed
Ice to taste
Everything into the blender except for any ice and blend until smooth. Add ice a bit at a time to thin out the mix to where you like it.
