In your favorite blender mix:
– 1 cup Light Fruit & Veggie Cranberry Strawberry Banana Juice
– 1 medium carrot scrubbed and cut in chunks
– 1/2 cup of chilled frozen or fresh strawberries
– 1 teaspoon of Chia Seed
