Add even more healthy nutrition by including a tablespoon of Chia seed to the mix. Chia seed is a nutritional powerhouse and loaded with heart healthy, cholesterol fighting omega-3 fatty acids. Chia is a better addition than Flax because it has no taste of its own and won’t change the berry and tangerine goodness at all.
