Lots of us have great childhood memories of drinking ice cold grape juice (well, at least I do). To celebrate that memory here is a Grape juice smoothie with a a great flavor. This is easy to make and really refreshing.
- 1/2 cup grape juice (sweetened or unsweetened depending on your taste)
- 1 tsp. sweetener such as Splenda or Stevia
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1/2 cup low fat Greek vanilla yogurt
