Grapefruit and Berries Smoothie
- 1/1/2 cup grapefruit juice (pink grapefruit juice will give this smoothie a great color)
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced BEFORE freezing!
- 1 Tbsp. Chia Seed
- Ice to taste
If you use fresh berries and banana you will probably need about 1/2 cup of ice. You can use less by using the frozen fruit.
