Just in time for the hot summer months comes this very refreshing green lime & melon smoothie mix. It takes just a bit of effort to make it the right way and the results are completely worth it.
In your favorite blender mix:
- 1 medium green lime (the “right way” to make this is to grate about a half a tsp. of peel and 2 tbsp. of juice. If not using fresh limes, add 2 tbsp. of lime juice)
- 2 cups sliced canteloupe
- 1 Tbsp. honey (more if you have a sweet tooth)
- 1 tbsp. Chia seed
- Ice cubes to taste
Everything goes into the mixer at the same time. Blend until smooth and you’re done!
Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
