Spinach has very high nutritional value and has a great deal of antioxidants as well as vitamins A, K, and E. Here, it is the primary ingredient in a Green Spinach smoothie that also uses mixed fruit and Juice. It is easy to make and very tasty. For even more nutritional value, you can add a tbsp. of Chia seed as well.

- 2 cups mixed strawberries and blueberries
- 1 cup Fresh Orange Juice
- 1 tbsp. Chia seed
