In your favorite blender mix:
- 1 cup of ripe avocado meat (you can use fresh or even frozen avocado chunks or pulp)
- 1 cup of low-fat soy milk
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 Tablespoon Chia seed
Combine the 4 ingredients in the blender and mix until blended. If you need to make creamier add a few ice cubes to the mix. The amount of ice you use will depend on the consistency of the fruit or if you are using frozen avocado.
