high protein oatmeal smoothie

I saw this recipe in a magazine recently, but to be honest, I can’t remember where. But I wrote it down and gave it a try because supposedly it is a recipe from Halle Berry. If it is her recipe, I am not sure…but what I can say is that this oatmeal smoothie is really good! The ingredients for a two serving smoothie are:

  • 3/4 c instant oatmeal, microwaved in water
  • 3/4 c milk
  • 3/4 c mixed frozen berries
  • 2 tsp whey powder
  • 3 ice cubes, crushed

Low in calories, high in protein-this smoothie is a great breakfast smoothie.
