The Honeydew melon smoothie: Maybe the perfect summer treat!
I like Honeydew melons. Their green meat and smooth rind seems so much superior to watermelon for some reason. I’m not at all a fan of watermelon but I can’t think of a better summer treat than a Honeydew.
What’s not to like?
Honeydew’s are very low in calories and also offers me a good deal of iron, Vitamin B, a whole lot of Vitamin C, and both soluable and insoluable fiber.
All that without dealing with a huge and cumbersome watermelon. I’m in!

In your favorite blender mix:
- 1 cup Honeydew chunks
- 1 medium orange, peeled
- 1/2 medium peach, without the pit
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup ice cubes
