In your favorite blender mix:
– 2 peeled kiwis (cut in pieces)
– 1 banana (cut in pieces)
– ½ cup cold milk (coconut, soy or 2%)
– ½ cup cold vanilla yogurt
– Touch of honey
– 1 Tbsp. Chia seed
And, as a special treat, substitute the milk and yogurt for one cup of frozen vanilla yogurt for a delicious evening desert.
