As I post this it is late summer and seedless grapes of all colors are still in the stores. This means this is a particularly good time to try this Kiwi Grape smoothie concoction for yourself. If you are an enthusiast of fruit smoothies at all this is a particularly satisfying recipe.
Before mixing there is a bit of pre-work that will make the resulting smoothie even more enjoyable and tasty. Before going to work, grab a bunch of seedless grapes and throw them in the freezer. Then, when you come home from work they will be frozen and just right for your late afternoon smoothie treat.
In your favorite blender mix:
-1/2 cup of no calorie lemonade (Crystal light-has no calories)
-1/4 cup of soy milk
-2 fresh kiwis, peeled and cut in chunks
-1 full cup of frozen seedless grapes
If you didn’t get a chance to freeze the grapes before hand, add a few ice cubes to your mix to cool it down.
