Lemon Yogurt Fruit Smoothie
Some really love the tart, fresh taste of lemon while others, well, not so much. For those who aren’t particularly fond of lemons this is not a smoothie that you are going to enjoy at all. If you count yourself as one who loves lemon, this smoothie may well become one of your favorites. Especially if you are also counting calories!
In your favorite blender mix:
- 1 cup low-fat or soy milk
- 1 cup of low-fat lemon Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of cold crystal light lemonade
- 1 tbsp.Chia Seed
All the ingredients go into your smoothie blender together. Mix on a medium setting until you get the consistency you prefer.
