Low-cal Banana caramel yogurt smoothie
When the dreaded sweet tooth attack comes (and we know it will!) this is a sweet tooth satisfying smoothie and still keep the calorie count within reason! Easy and simple to make, this is a treat you can enjoy just about anytime you like.
In your favorite blender mix:
– 1 container of cold Yoplait Lowfat Creme Caramel yogurt (one container is 100 calories)
– 1 frozen banana (TIP: peel and slice the banana BEFORE freezing!)
– 1 cup of low fat or 2% cold milk (about 100-120 calories)
– 1 Tbsp. Chia Seed
Put everything into the blender and mix until you get the consistency you prefer. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a banana slice or cinnamon stick. If you are a fan of cinnamon try adding some cinnamon powder to the mix itself.
