In your favorite blender mix:
- 2 Tbsp. protein powder (vanilla)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 tsp. sweetener (Stevia, Truvia, etc. Or, there’s really nothing wrong with a little bit of sugar either!)
- 1 tsp. flax or Chia seed
- Ice to taste
Everything goes into your trusty blender at the same time. Blend ingredients on high speed until fully blended. Then, Enjoy! This recipe will set you back less than 150 calories.
