Such is the case with low fat chocolate smoothie recipe. Your choice of berries has been added for some interest as has some Chia seed for more health benefit. In your favorite trusty blender mix:
1 cup 2% or soy milk
1 cup frozen berries of your choice (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, cherries)
5 tbsp cocoa powder
low calorie sweetener to taste (splenda, stevia, etc.)
1 Tbsp. Chia seed
Ice to taste
