I think this is a very tasty smoothie recipe using fresh mango (which probably came from South America or Mexico)
- 1 1/2 cups of diced fresh mango
- 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1 cup of fresh orange juice
- 1/2-1 cup of ice cubes
Using a blender, put in the diced mango pieces the orange juice, honey, and about 1/2 cup of ice. Use high speed to blend your ingredients until they are smooth, this will take about thirty seconds minimum. Add the yogurt and blend again, adding if need some more ice cubes until it is creamy and smooth. Serve and enjoy!
