Mangoes are a fruit rich with nutrients and low in calories, easy to digest and full of Vitamins A, B and C. To make a quick nourishing Mango Orange breakfast smoothie follow the steps below

– Combine a peeled mango (cut up in chunks) with ½ cup of yogurt (vanilla, orange or plain flavor) in the blender until the mango is pureed.
– Add 1 ½ cups of orange juice and 6-8 ice cubes and blend until smooth.
