Both Mangoes and pineapples grow on trees. That doesn’t mean anything other than both fruits have a similarity which may be why both fruits mix together well in smoothie recipes. Here is a mango pineapple smoothie that is both low in calories (helpful if your are on a diet).
- 1 medium fresh mango, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 cup low fat coconut frozen yogurt (or sorbet)
- Ice to taste
