These summery flavors of mangoes, banana and peach nectar come together in a refreshing mango smoothie. Use this smoothie recipe as for breakfast, lunch, or a mid-afternoon snack.
2 ripe mangoes, seeded, peeled and cubed
1 small frozen banana, peeled and sliced (TIP peel and slice BEFORE FREEZING)
8-ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup peach or apricot nectar, chilled
1 tbsp honey
Ice to taste
If your blender has enough power, you can put everything in at the same time and blend until smooth. If, on the other hand, your blender isn’t the strongest add a couple of ingredients at a time and save the ice for last.
