mixed berries and greek yogurt smoothie

This mixed berries and Greek yogurt smoothie recipe combines a mix of berries that creates a fresh and rich tasting smoothie  full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.  The Greek yogurt supplies a satisfying consistency and even more nutrition. All in all, this is a healthy treat you will want to make often.  The smoothie recipe below serves 4.  Perfect for a mid morning or afternoon snack!

In your favorite blender mix:

  • 1  cup of  cold raspberries
  • 1  cup of  cold blueberries
  • 3/4  cup of  cold blackberries
  • 1 1/2  cup of cold strawberries
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. Chia Seed

Combine all the ingredients and blend.  Add a touch of honey if you would like and some ice cubes one at a time until it blends to a pleasing consistency. Pour the berry/yogurt blend into a chilled glass and serve.
