In your favorite blender mix:
- 1 cup of cold raspberries
- 1 cup of cold blueberries
- 3/4 cup of cold blackberries
- 1 1/2 cup of cold strawberries
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp. Chia Seed
