This mixed berry smoothie is pretty traditional but isn’t anything wrong with that! A great breakfast fruit smoothie using fresh or frozen berries. Serve in chilled glasses for a colder smoothie.
- – 1 cup of mixed berries, for example raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and/or blackberries
- – 2 Tbsp low-fat yogurt
- – 1 Tbsp honey
- – 1 to 2 cups of cold milk (soy, low-fat, 2% or whole)
Add berries, honey and yogurt in the blender and then add milk. Start to blend adding more milk until blended to your favorite consistency.
Grab your smoothie glasses from the freezer, fill, garnish with a strawberry and enjoy!
