Tomorrow morning try this mocha smoothie recipe to get your day started. Its easier to make than eggs and way healthier than getting any of the drive through breakfasts. Also much less expensive than the designer coffee and pastry shops.
Go healthy and get a power start on the day!
In your favorite blender mix:
- 3 Tbsp. spoon of cocoa powder
- 1 cup of low fat or soy milk
- 2 teaspoon of instant coffee
- 1 cup of crushed ice
Everything goes into the blender at the same time and blend until you get the consistency you like best.
For even more healthy stuff, include a Tbs. of Chia or Flax seed too. (I prefer Chia).
