Molasses and Fruit Smoothie

What starts out as a pretty standard fruit smoothie recipe quickly goes a different way when molasses is added. So, then, here is a Molasses and Fruit smoothie recipe.

In your smoothie blender mix:

-frozen banana, peeled and sliced (TIP: peel and slice BEFORE FREEZING)
-half a cup of Greek yogurt (either plain or vanilla)
-half cup of fruit juice of your choice (orange, cranberry, whatever!)
-one tablespoon of molasses
-(Optional) for extra nutrition and energy add a tbsp. of either Chia or Flax seed.

Blend until smooth and then add the frozen fruit of your choice such as raspberries or strawberries until your mix reaches the consistency you prefer.
