Yogurt is a real smoothie staple but a great many don’t care for it at all. For those folks (and everyone else!) here is a no yogurt mango smoothie recipe.
It is easy to make and offers a really nice tropical taste treat.
In your favorite smoothie blender mix:
- 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced (TIP: peel and slice your bananas BEFORE FREEZING!)
- 1 mango fruit, pitted, sliced, and peeled
- 1 cup soy milk (Orange juice is another option)
- honey or other sweetener to taste
Put everything into your blender at the same time and blend until you end up with the consistency you like best.
