In your favorite blender mix:
- 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced (TIP: Peel and slice the banana BEFORE FREEZING!)
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (this is where the protein comes from)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 tsp. honey (or sweetener of your choice)
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
All the ingredients go into your trusty blender at the same time and blend until your preferred consistency is reached.
